Let's Eat: the Fruits of Tu Bshvat

Two kinds of figs.
Seeds, nuts, and fruit.
A rather dark pile of fruit (apples, mandarins, pears, nectarines).
I made lemon and pistachio shortbread cookies. The recipe is here. [Megan- I substituted margarine for butter, that was the only thing I had to do to vegan-ize them.]
Tart, gooey passion fruit. Delicious.
